Our Process
- Before photo day: We send you a spreadsheet to fill out and return.
- On photo day: The student simply tells the photographer their name.
- After photo day: Photos are processed and uploaded within 7–10 business days. Parents will receive an email notifying them that their proofs are ready to view.
- No payment is required upfront. Parents will be able to view the photos and choose to purchase packages, individual items, or digital downloads once the email arrives.
- Important: A 20% discount is available for the first 3 days after the proofs are sent.
- Shipping: Photos are shipped directly to the students home.
- Coach photos: Coaches receive a complimentary 8x10 team photo and we can send the digital images to your school yearbook coordinator.
