Now let's get to making photo day easy for you, your students and parents.
In order to get you on our calendar I need the following information:
*Date and time that you would like us to start taking photos. (We will arrive 30 mins prior to get setup)
**I know in the past we have been able to come out before and after school for some, unfortunately we will no longer be able to accommodate that. It will need to be one time for all going forward. We appreciate your understanding.
*A good contact number for you.
*An estimated number of students to be photographed.
*Where we will be setting up. (Main gym, practice gym, band room, etc)
We believe in keeping it simple. You schedule with us and we do the rest. All of our photography is shot on a green or white screen and indoors. It's a very speedy process because your students shoot their pictures individually and then they are done. We compose the group photo together in our office so there is no waiting around. It allows us to create some amazing digital backgrounds. The day of the photo shoot the kids will scan a QR code to register.
Once the photos are processed and uploaded parents will receive an email/text with a link to see and purchase their childs photos. Parents get to actually view the photos, choose a package, buy things a la carte and buy digitals while still getting a discount! Orders are shipped directly to the students home. They will also remain on our website throughout the year for future purchases.
There is a 60 athlete minimum for us to come out. This can be one team or combined teams such as football and cheer, soccer and track, etc. We prefer to schedule media days where we can photograph several teams at a time.
There is a $250 fee if the minimum is not met or if we have to come out a second time.
