**This mostly pertains to specialty items such as buttons, keychains, etc. But please double check the 5x7 prints if you are ordering a team photo or memory mate in that size.
During the ordering process there is a message that states "I have reviewed the cropping and understand I am responsible for the results" that you must check before it will allow you to proceed with your purchase. DO NOT check that box unless you have reviewed and adjusted the cropping where necessary on applicable items that you have placed in your cart such as buttons, etc. If you check this box and there are cropping issues with your order you will be not be refunded or sent new items at our cost.

*Please double check your address before you submit your order. Make sure that you have included apartment number (if necessary). Ensure that you have the correct city, state and zip code. The state defaults to Alabama. If the address is incorrect when you submit your order resulting in you not receiving your order there will be a $10 re-ship fee.
We cannot ship to PO BOXES.
Refund Policy-should you be unhappy with your purchase we will gladly refund your money minus the shipping fee once you have returned the entire order to us within 30-days.
